The hotel had average-sized rooms with some amenities and a small table area, but lacked insulation which made noise from neighboring rooms audible, and the air conditioning needed attention. There was no view from the room.
My stay at this hotel was quite mixed. The location was superb, right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore. However, the room I stayed in faced a noisy main road and was directly above a bus stop, making it a bit challenging to relax. Despite the convenient location, the noise level was a drawback. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from giving great recommendations to going out of their way to assist with various requests. The dining experience was average, but the continental fare was satisfactory. Overall, a decent stay with its ups and downs.

While the rooms were fantastic, the temperamental AC needed attention.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed was really comfy, which made for a good night's sleep. However, being on the second floor facing the busy main road and directly above a bus stop led to some noise from the exterior, but having the window in the back of the hotel helped reduce it.
